- Collage Art Week
Collage Art Week
We will capture our most vulnerable side through emotion and memory in Collage Art Week. We will ask ourselves why it is important to create using some already existing man-made materials we study in memory jugs to paper, paint, magazines and photographs used to portray the life-like personalities in Deborah Roberts' collages to the simplest form in sharing mail art directly to one person on the receiving of the envelope. We discover each single components importance and how each additional piece adds more character, life, structure, and the overall message of what we are experiencing and compelled to share through making.
