Crochet Wall Hanging May 22nd
A beautiful workshop for friends and family.
Sunday, May 22nd, 2022
Learn how to hand crochet (without any tools) and the techniques Taryn Urushido practices in her studio every day: creating from an intrinsic motivation, allowing the unexpected materials and texture along with the hand-work to build together a one-of-a-kind organic piece.
All materials are provided: cotton ropes, strings, raw cotton, hemps, manila ropes, naturally dyed materials and 12" wooden dowel. (you may bring a substitute 12" antler, driftwood, or other material to make your project on)
*No previous crochet experience necessary. Taryn teaches in a method that is a visual language that becomes repetitive as well as meditative.
With your purchase for a seat in this workshop, you agree to the following:
-Suggested arrival of 10 minutes early.
-Taryn Urushido and Melissa Joy Manning and teams are not responsible for any injury or negligence of materials and tools used.
-We are continuing using masks in this location, mask must be worn through the store and throughout the workshop.
